Delegate Webster moves to amend the House Committee on the
Judiciary amendment to Com. Sub for SB537 on page 39, Section 8,
lines 24 and 25 and line 1 on page 40, following the period after
the word "milage" on line 24 of page 39, by striking the last
sentence of section 8 in its entirety and inserting in lieu
thereof, the following:
"Reimbursement for travel in a personal motor vehicle shall be
at the milage reimbursement rates contained in the Department of
Administration's Purchasing Division Travel Rules as authorized by
section eleven, article three, chapter twelve of this code in
effect at the time the treatment is authorized."
